We hope that our list of FAQ's can answer your questions however if not, please do not hesitate in getting in touch.

Who provides the cleaning products?

We do! 

As we often work in a team, each cleaner has their own cleaning kit, this ensures each cleaner has access to all the products they will need no matter what room they are working on. 

For ease and hygiene purpose we ask that all clients provide their own vacuum, mop and bucket if possible.

Can I book a cleaner outside your normal working hours?

Yes, unsociable hours bookings can be made over the phone or via email. Please contact us explaining your requirements.

Not sure if I need a deep clean, is there a standard clean option?

From research we have found that what many of our competitors refer to as a 'Deep Clean' is what we provide as standard. As a result we have changed the name of our "Standard clean" to "Standard deep clean". We want our clients to be able to make a realistic comparison between Sweep and Shine and other cleaning companies. We are extremely confident that our prices and quality are the best out there.

Can I have the same cleaner every week? 

We love consistency!

We aim to build amazing relationships with our clients. We often work in teams of two or three however If a client request a particular cleaner we try our very best to accommodate.

What products/equipment do I need?

Essentials 

Vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, multiple sponges and cloths,

 

Good to have 

long duster, short duster, broom, dust pan and brush,

 

We provide most cleaning products, however if you have a particular product you would like us to use please let us know and  have it/ them out and ready to use on our arrival .
